Our Returns Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- A proof of purchase or order number must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Golf gloves (FootJoy Golf Gloves)
- Personalized or custom-ordered golf equipment
- Used or damaged golf balls (Bridgestone Golf Balls, Callaway Golf Balls)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Team
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include the following information in your email (or use our template below):
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship to our returns address (provided in your approval email)
Return Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we will process your refund. The timing depends on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- In your initial email, specify the replacement item you’d like
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item
- Standard shipping charges apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (such as golf clubs with manufacturing flaws or torn golf shirts), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.
